Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment across various functions and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
3. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
5. Manage HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
6. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with organisational requirements.
7. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience, motivation, and retention.
8. Support and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
9. Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
11. Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
12. Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee attrition and retention trends.
13. Maintain accurate HR databases, trackers, reports, and HR MIS.
14. Coordinate with management and department heads on people-related matters.
15. Support learning, development, training, and other employee development initiatives.
16. Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
17. Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in HR management within Education, EdTech, Consulting, BFSI, Real Estate, Staffing, or other service-sector organisations.
2. Prior experience handling both recruitment and HR operations.
