What they need
Role: Human Resources Manager
Our client, is a multi-site private healthcare network. The Human Resources Manager will build the HR infrastructure from the ground up, reporting directly to the Chairman.
Must-haves
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role
- Track record in service-led, corporate settings such as healthcare or hospitality. No manufacturing or blue-collar backgrounds
- Significant experience using ZOHO HRIS (If involved with the roll out, setup, configuration and staff training)
- Experience working with remote, hybrid and onsite teams under one standard of accountability
- Prior employment history in Lagos-Island based firms.
Accountability
Owns workforce productivity and the cost-revenue ratio. Successful candidate must flag underperformance or cost creep early and drive the fix.
