Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations, Training & Development, and Organization Development, aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning, including manpower, recruitment performance, and employee turnover to achieve organizational targets.
• Manage payroll, benefits, employee relations, dual vocational programs, and foreign worker administration, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Manage HR budgets and Cost of Labour (COL), including recruitment and training expenses, to ensure effective cost control.
• Improve HR processes and systems, including performance management and compensation practices, to support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Develop the HR team through coaching, performance management, and career development to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience across key HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, compensation and benefits practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience in organization development, HR process improvement, and people capability development.
• Strong leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels.
