About the role
The HR Manager will be accountable in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies and programs for HR Management and Administration of all units of the department which supports the company's business objectives. The HR Manager is also accountable for the company's compliance to the labor laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Planning, development, and implementation of HR strategies and programs
- HR Management and Administration of all units of the department
- Ensuring company compliance to labor laws and regulations
About you
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or other related courses
- At least 5 years' experience in the same capacity
- HR Management experience specializing in Employee Relations and Labor Relations
- Experience in a Water Utility Company is a plus
- Must be residing or willing to relocate in Manila
