Human Resource Manager

Qualifications :

1 Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resource Management.

2 10+ years experience in management level and manufacturing.

3 Strong decision-making skills.

4 Fluent in English.

5 Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills.

6 Knowledge and understanding of Thai labor law, payroll processes, SSO and Thai labor standards (TLS).

7 Time management and organizational skills.

8 Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes.

Job Descriptions :

1 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

3 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

4 Manage the recruitment and selection process.

5 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

6 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

7 Nurture a positive working environment.

8 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

9 Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

10 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

11 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
