What they need
Monitor recruitment with recruiter on vacancy closure.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers and exits.
Coordinate HRMS – Keka implementation, processes and issue resolution.
Manage induction and training.
Required Candidate profile
Good understanding of HR processes, MIS and employee lifecycle.
8 to 11 years of experience in HR/People Operations including payroll processing knowledge.
Keka experience must.
