Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations for approximately 100 employees.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and full & final settlement.
• Manage Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and hiring closure.
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements and F&F.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF and applicable labour laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues and conflict resolution.
• Manage appraisals, increments, promotions and employee engagement.
• Maintain HRMS and employee records and provide HR reports to management.
• Oversee office administration, vendors, facilities, housekeeping, security and supplies.
• Work closely with senior management and independently manage the HR function.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience independently handling HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
• Strong communication, employee-relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• MBA in HR or related field preferred.
• FinTech/financial-services experience preferred.
• Experience managing HR for approximately 75–150 employees is highly relevant.
