About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Lead and manage the recruitment process for various positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workplace guidelines.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, working hours, and HR records.
• Coordinate with management for salary processing and employee-related matters.
• Conduct performance reviews and support managers with performance improvement plans.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related analysis for management.
• Manage and mentor the HR/recruitment team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
• Support management in workforce planning, retention, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
