• Ability to *screen and interview candidates* based on technical/product knowledge.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Ability to manage HR operations, employee relations, policies, and performance management.

• Strong communication and people-management skills.

• Ability to work closely with management and build the right team.
