Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete Core HR & HR Operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
• Handle statutory and labour law compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other applicable compliances.
• Manage payroll coordination, HR MIS, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
• Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI, confirmation, PIP, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Coordinate with management, department heads, consultants, and government authorities for HR and compliance matters.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 810 years of relevant HR experience with strong knowledge of Core HR and Compliance.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS.
