Job Description – HR Executive / HR Manager (MBA – HR)

Position: HR Executive / HR Manager
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll and salary-related activities.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Support performance appraisal and KRA processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and management updates.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and employee requirements.

Key Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, recruitment expertise, HRMS knowledge, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, and good knowledge of HR practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
