Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Ensure accurate employee records, attendance management, payroll support, and MS Excel proficiency.
• Develop effective communication skills for engaging with employees and stakeholders.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain HR documentation according to company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with diverse groups.
