Human Resource Officer

About the role

The HR Officer oversees HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, records management, policy compliance, and support for organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
• Process timekeeping data, attendance reports, payroll, and leave applications
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
• Conduct HR-related activities, such as orientations, events, and training sessions
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Monitor compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare HR-related reports as required
• Supervise employees and create necessary employee relations documents such as NTEs and NODs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle manpower with conviction and confidential information with integrity
• Willing to be assigned to Dacudao Avenue, Davao City
