What they need
- Ensure compliances with HR policies, practices and standards.
- Lead and support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the Hotel hiring/ staffing objectives are fulfilled with high calibre and properly suited candidates.
- Ensure compliances with labour laws and statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
- Reviewing and checking applications forms and short listing candidates.
- Ensuring all employee files contain required documents and duly signed forms.
- Keeping up to date personal leave records and a master leave record.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Processes mail.
- Filing paper and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists to update all personnel files and required human resource documents.
- Administer filling of all required documents and monitor supplies of all equipments and prepare. database for all employee and telephone numbers and assist to answer all incoming calls.
- Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
- Monitor all general office functions in human resource department.
- Performs any other duties as may be required from time to time.
