Job summary

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee information management.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and HR-related reports.
• Assist with employee communication and daily HR matters.
• Support training, employee activities, and company events.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Nigerian employment practices is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
