Human Resource Officer

Job Overview
The Human Resource Officer will assist in managing the company’s HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and company memos
• Handle employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records (hard copy and digital)
• Coordinate with other departments for HR and administrative requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
