Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd. is a professional ballet dancing education centre, we are currently operating Ten studio in Kowloon and New Territories. Our Business throughout kindergardens, primary schools and community centres. We are committed to actively expanding our business development, to cope with our rapid growth, Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd. is now offering the following career opportunity to talented individuals who are confident to meet the professional and personal descriptions detailed below:

Support full spectrum of HR and administration task, including but not limited to handle the recruitment and selection process, staff attendance and C&B, MPF issue, roster, attendance and leave administration, payroll and final salary payment, incentive/bonus payment, annual salary review and performance management

Maintain and update HRIS and participate in new HRIS development and implementation

Prepare HR reports for management review

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

~ Five day work per week

Requirements :
Degree or above in HR or Business Administration or related disciplines

Min. 3 years working experience in HR & Administrative functions

Experience in Education Centre or Retail Industry is an advantage

Well-knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

Strong communication skills, positive, self-motivated and detail-minded

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required

More experience will be considered as Senior HR & Admin Officer

Immediately available is highly preferred
