Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Facilitate employee orientation, training, and development activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Conduct regular employee visits or roving activities to monitor attendance, employee concerns, and workplace compliance.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in various HR functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
