Human Resource Officer - Compensation (Urgently Required)

• Perform Compensation, Benefit, and Medical Welfare operations according to assigned responsibilities and established procedures.
• Support administration of employee welfare and benefit programs.
• Support medical welfare operations, including medical claims, medical scheme administration, and employee welfare inquiries
• Coordinate annual health checkups, influenza vaccination programs, and related health activities
• Operate HR systems and digital platforms related to Compensation & Benefits, such as SAP, Me-Claim, HR systems, databases, and digital forms
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness in HR systems
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, and supporting documents for management review
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including hospitals, insurance companies, vendors, and related departments

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields.
• TOEIC Score 550 and above
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, HRIS, workflow systems, or AI-enabled tools is beneficial.
• Eager to learn and adapt learning & development knowledge to share to others
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
• Fresh graduates with strong learning agility, analytical skills, service mindset, and digital aptitude are welcome.
