Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage joining formalities for new hires, including onboarding processes and paperwork.
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
- Conduct background verification (BGV) checks as per company policy.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documents and procedures related to employee onboarding.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of BGV, onboarding, and joining formalities processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
