Role Overview
The HR Operations Executive will play a strong execution-focused role in ensuring smooth
day-to-day HR processes across payroll, employee lifecycle, compliance, and HR systems. At
this stage, the focus is not on designing policies — but on ensuring process accuracy,
documentation hygiene, timely payroll execution, and statutory adherence.

This role is accountable for:
Accurate employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
Timely and error-free payroll coordination
Maintaining statutory compliance documentation

Ensuring HRMIS data accuracy and reporting hygiene
Supporting PMS and audit processes

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
   Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
   Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and labor law requirements.
   Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll audits and filings
   Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations

2. Onboarding & Exit Management
Execute end-to-end employee onboarding processes including documentation, HR orientation, and system setup
Manage exit formalities such as resignation processing, clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

3. Employee Engagement
   Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
   Support HR initiatives related to employee morale, culture, and retention
   Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

4. Performance Management System (PMS)
Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles
Coordinate goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews
Ensure proper documentation and communication related to performance
evaluations

5. HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to headcount,attrition, payroll, attendance, and performance
Provide accurate and timely HR data to management for decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

6. HR Tools & Systems
Manage HRMS tools for attendance, leave, payroll, employee records, and performance tracking
Ensure data integrity and system updates
Support system enhancements and user training
