About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate internally across departments/teams to ensure smooth HR processes
• Maintain and update employee data and reports in Excel
• Support HR documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency

Qualification & Skills Required

• Graduate/pursuing graduation in Management Studies (BMS, BBA, or equivalent)
  Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas/reporting)
• Interest in AI tools and their application in HR functions
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
  Good coordination and interpersonal skills
