Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and payroll management.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payroll processing.
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in employee data or compensation changes.
• Provide support for audits by maintaining records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in healthcare industry in payroll with expertise in payroll management, payroll processing, salary processing, statutory compliance.

• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing payroll practices.
