HUMAN RESOURCE PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves managing employee payroll and compensation processes, including collecting and processing time sheets, calculating hours and deductions, and ensuring tax compliance through payroll software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets
• Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions
• Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance
• Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks
• Generate and maintain payroll reports for management
• Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
• Enter new employee data into the company database
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager

About you

• Proven experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, HR or a similar role
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience in payroll processing
