What they need
Attendance processing, leave management, misc. salary adjustment as per attendance received
Salary processing for around 1000+ employees per month
Quality checking as per parameters given in check list
Responding to payroll queries
Timely required MIS preparation
Leave and other details management
Dispatch of salary cheques, invoices and other particulars to employees/clients
Monthly F&F processing, updating Exit MIS, tracking exit forms and resignations, taking exit interview and releasing F&F settlement
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good team player
Self-learning and development
Excellent In MS Excel
Good Verbal & Written communication Skill
