Human Resource Payroll Executive

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for salary calculations, payroll preparation, data management, and reconciliation.
• Experience in handling payroll through both payroll software and manual processes.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory payroll compliances, with hands-on experience in preparing and submitting PF/ESIC challans.
• Experience in Full & Final Settlement (F&F), leave management, and attendance processing.
• Experience in processing salaries for contractual/labour employees will be preferred.
• Ability to independently prepare salary sheets, payroll reports, statutory reports, and MIS.
• Good understanding of salary structures, deductions, statutory compliance, and payroll reconciliation.
