Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a HRBP Cum TA professional to manage hiring for the Gujarat region.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for multiple business lines across Gujarat

• Partner with business leaders to understand and fulfill hiring needs

• Source and engage candidates through various platforms

• Manage interview coordination and ensure a great candidate experience

• Track and report recruitment metrics and progress

-Onboarding documentation & Joining process

-Offer Negotiation and release the offer

-employee engagement

-Travelling if required

-Vendor management

-Stakeholders Management

-Grievance handling of all employee

-Exit Process and interview process
