Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining employee records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Source candidate profiles from job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Scheduling: Conduct initial phone screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Assist in employee onboarding, document verification, and orientation processes.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee databases and physical/digital HR records.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities, office events, and engagement initiatives.
• General HR Duties: Support the HR team with daily operational tasks and handle general HR queries from employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA / PGDM / BBA in Human Resources (or any Bachelors degree with a keen interest in HR).
• Experience: Freshers (0 - 1 year of experience).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
