Human Resource Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer & joining formalities. Coordinate with HODs, maintain recruitment MIS, follow ups and ensure timely hiring as per manpower requirements.

Required Candidate profile

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, consultants & other recruitment channels.
Coordinate departmental interviews with HODs and ensure timely feedback
