Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Major responsibility will be candidate sourcing through LinkedIn using effective search techniques and Boolean keywords.
• Identify and approach relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple job requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily sourcing/closure reports.
• Achieve individual hiring targets and turnaround-time expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate hunting.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn Boolean Search, profile screening, and candidate engagement.
• Experience in recruitment firm
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple requirements.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments from sourcing to joining.
