About the Role

Provilac is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify JDs accordingly.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in core end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles is mandatory.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Educational Qualification

• BBA / B.B.A. Mandatory
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Mandatory
