*About the Role*

We are looking for energetic and dedicated HR Recruiters to support talent acquisition activities for hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
• Generate daily and weekly activity reports.

*Eligibility Criteria*

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Positive attitude and strong learning orientation.
