About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and recruitment drives.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment operations and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in HR.
• 4-7 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Travel Requirement (Important): Candidate must be willing to travel to Chakan twice a week as part of the role.
