Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented HR recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse clients' and hiring managers' hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related terms where required.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and achieve recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with candidates during the offer and joining process.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
• Stay updated on current hiring trends and effective sourcing techniques.
