Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Check MPRs (JD, salary range, age group, experience, qualification, etc.) and approve the same.
Maintain list of pending MPRs.
Recruitment for open positions and closing requirements.
Manage onboarding process (manual and in system) for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
Update new employee details in Bio Matrix and capture biometric fingerprint.
Good Communication skills
Advance Excel
