Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
• Handle multiple positions and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in BFSI recruitment will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle recruitment targets and multiple open positions.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
