• Graduate/ MBA or any equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience from O&M service industry
• Manage end to end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media and other channels
• Handle recruitment for O&M, technical, engineering and maintenance positions
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies
• Good proficiency in job portal platforms
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
