Human Resource Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and assist in onboarding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines set by the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E / B.Tech graduate.
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
