Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
• Source candidates through Job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with Dep HODs.
• Strong salary negotiation and candidate handling skills are a must.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding and joining formalities & Induction program for new joiners
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws.
• Hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing recruitment is essential.
• Participate in job fair, Campus drive, and recruitment events
• Preferably looking for a local female candidate.

Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• MBA -HR /MSW
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
