Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative & Results-Driven HR Recruiter to join our growing Study Abroad division.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and ensuring successful joining.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of sourcing quality candidates through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews.
• Headhunt and proactively approach suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Ensure selected candidates successfully join the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Recruit for positions including Study Abroad Counsellors, Sales Executives, Trainers, Telecallers, Operations, and Support Staff.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
• Work closely with branch managers and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Explore creative and innovative recruitment methods to improve hiring speed and quality.

Candidate Profile:

• 16 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR / Business Administration preferred.
• Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with strong ownership and closure ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
