Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the E-Commerce industry to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding talent across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
