Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment and Bulk Hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk and volume hiring for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Non-IT Recruitment and Bulk Hiring is mandatory.
• Proven experience in volume/bulk recruitment and target-based hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and various sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
