What youll own

• Manage recruitment from sourcing through joining.
• Understand roles and identify the right candidate profiles.
• Hunt talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
• Evaluate communication, experience, suitability, and interview availability.
• Manage multiple vacancies without compromising hiring quality.
• Support salary negotiations and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Were looking for someone with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proven experience hiring across multiple profiles.
