Human Resource Recruiter

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end lateral recruitment for technical, engineering, supervisory, and managerial positions in the manufacturing sector. The role involves sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle lateral hiring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Partner with business/hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and headhunting.
• Drive market mapping and competitor intelligence for critical/leadership roles.
• Manage stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBPs, leadership) with regular reporting on hiring metrics.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations, including counter-offer scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and diversity hiring goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior/niche roles within tight TATs.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting.
• Excellent communication and data-driven approach to recruitment reporting.
