Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably from the Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and closing positions across sales, operations, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Recruit for profiles such as Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Dealer, RMS, KYC, DP, Operations, Accounts, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth interview-to-joining conversion.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS.
• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve hiring targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Candidates from Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of working under deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS office

Education

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
