Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

• Manage hiring for Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management,

Insurance, and other Non-IT business functions.

• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,

Apna, Shine, Foundit (Monster), employee referrals, social media, consultants, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidate fitment, and coordinate interview

schedules with hiring managers.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment SLAs and turnaround time

(TAT).

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring sales positions.

• Negotiate salary, release offers, and coordinate joining formalities.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring

updates.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives as

required.
