Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our consulting and architecture firm, including hiring for architectural, design, engineering, consulting, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.

Requirements

• Graduate degree; HR/MBA in HR preferred.
• a Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate, or professional services.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Proactive approach with strong follow-up and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Role & responsibilities
