Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for selection.
• Manage attendance and payroll of the in-house team.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Proficiency in attendance management software and ability to analyze data reports.
