Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the complete employee lifecycle for a business division of approximately 250 employees. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR operations, and exit management. Fluent Communication in "HINDI" is Mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and negotiate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Drive employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and MIS.
