Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Corporate HR team. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and support functions, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions and candidate profiles from business/function heads.
• Source and screen candidates based on role requirements, experience and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates against defined competencies.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Proactively identify talent for upcoming business requirements.
• Develop talent pools for key corporate functions and leadership positions.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers and functional heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines and recruitment status.
• Advise stakeholders on candidate availability, market trends and compensation expectations.
• Ensure recruitment timelines and hiring SLAs are met.

4. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Track interview status, offers, joining dates and recruitment TAT.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and updated.
• Coordinate with HR/Payroll/Admin teams for pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.

5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Build relationships with recruitment consultants, institutions and external talent sources.
• Explore new and innovative channels for attracting talent.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in corporate hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
• Experience in the education/edtech industry would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness and hiring pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS and recruitment portals.
